Hire Periods & Payments


Customers wishing to hire must be a Selco registered customer. All rates are for up to 7 days and are charged weekly in advance. If you require the item for more than 7 days then you will be charged 1/7 of the weekly rate per day. Large Plant will be subject to an appropriate deposit. Definition of a ‘Week’

A “week” is up to seven consecutive days.

Definition of a ‘Day’

A “day” is up to 24 consecutive hours.

Cash Account Holders

Selco Hire Price Guarantee

Cash Account Holders will require the following proof of identity: A full photo driving licence or passport, utility bill, landline number and Selco Registration number. All hires must be paid for by cash, credit or debit card. Hires cannot be paid for over the phone.


Credit Account Holders

Selco Hire Price Guarantee

For Credit Account Holders, hire charges will be raised against your account subject to sufficient credit limit and passing any security requirements. Alternatively, you may pay as per the Cash Account details below. Insurance is mandatory on all hires.


Price on application

‘Price on application'(POA) applies to tools and equipment secured from a third party, whose prices can change regularly.  Contact us for up-to-date prices.
